The right nutrition plan (your diet) will be the key to your success.  You can train and do cardio like crazy, but if your diet is off, you’ll continue spinning your wheels.  I have a solid plan that works for me, but it comes with years of experience, trial and error.  Just because my plan works for me doesn’t mean it will work for the next person.  Plans vary per individual body types and genetics, which play a big role.  It doesn't matter if you're building or cutting, it's all about getting in the right amount of daily calories.  People need to eat a balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats in order to obtain the best results.
